The NNP Residential Resident Rewards is an exceptional way to earn some extra money, while sharing the NNP lifestyle with people you know. It is just another way of saying we appreciate our residents and thank you for your support.

Resident Rewards – Refer a friend, co-worker or acquaintance to live at any NNP Residential managed apartment community and you are eligible to receive a cash reward. When you refer a friend or associate to live at an NNP Residential community and they sign a 12-month lease, you will receive your cash reward within 45 days of the impending move-in date. For further details regarding this program or any questions, please contact your community’s management office.
