NNP Weekend Entertainment Guide: June 19th-21st

Get out of your apartment and head to one of the many special events happening this weekend, or simply enjoy the parks, decks, and pools at our Chicago apartment community. Also, don’t forget this Sunday is Father’s Day, so keep Dad in mind when you make your weekend plans. Here’s what’s happening June 19th-21st:
Events
Roscoe Village is hosting the BAM! Belmont Arts and Music Festival this Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy food, drinks, and most importantly great music from local and national bands.
Can’t wait till the Taste of Chicago begins? Head over to the West Loop this weekend and visit the Taste of Randolph. It runs Friday afternoon through Sunday night – click here to view list of participating restaurants and to see the music lineup.
More great music and food – Chicago Summerfest is happening in Lincoln Park this weekend.
Craving some Mediterranean flavors? The Taste of Greece runs all weekend long with classic Greek food and drinks accompanied by traditional Greek dancing performances.
Restaurants
Take Dad out for a great meal this Father’s Day at Fonda Del Mar for some great Mexican food and margaritas.

Movies
The Proposal starring Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds and Year One starring the very funny Jack Black and Michael Cera would both be a good option if you want to take Dad to the movies or simply enjoy some lighthearted entertainment.
