Magellan Ranks Among Chicago’s Largest
January 6th, 2010 Posted by DeannaLakeshore East developer Magellan Development Group that has been ranked among the nation’s top 100 real estate companies and homebuilders is included among a list of Chicago’s Largest Privately-Held Companies as ranked by Crain’s Chicago Business.
The firm, co-chaired by Joel M. Carlins and James R. Loewenberg, held the Number 83 position based on 2008 dollar volume of $399 million.
Magellan has previously been listed in the Forum 100, a ranking of the real estate industry’s top 100 real estate companies nationwide by Real Estate Forum magazine and one of the nation’s largest (#59) homebuilders by Professional Builder magazine.
