New Access Path from Lakeshore East Park Level to Upper Wacker Drive!
Connecting The Park at Lakeshore East to Upper Wacker Drive, the passage begins by accessing the elevators in The Tides parking garage located through the door to the far west of The Tides (past the lobby entrance). Take the garage elevator to the 6th floor and exit. The walk way is directly to your left, which will lead you to upper Wacker Dr. just east of the Swissotel.

Description of this class:
The Olympics are coming in early August and so is a fun exercise class to Lakeshore East! In this unique and challenging series, personal trainer Meghan McLaughlin will aim to give the participants a sense of training and competing like an Olympian. This cardio and strength-focused hour will spice up traditional "boot camp" exercises by mirroring the essence of the Decathlon. The result: a leaner, stronger, faster body. You don't need to be a champion or take yourself seriously to participate, you just need to have a sense of fun and adventure.

Wednesday, August 27th from 6:30 - 8:00pm. The Lakeshore East Community is invited to join us in The Park at Lakeshore East for our second evening of Music in The Park!
We encourage you to bring blankets/chairs and you can order the Lakeshore East Picnic Box from Caffe RoM to picnic in the great lawn. The Lakeshore East Picnic Box will include a sandwich, chips and a cookie along with a cold bottled beverage for $9.95!! Certain restrictions apply and this offer is valid only from 4:00pm to close on the day of the event. See store for details.
